At Fine’ry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all orders placed through our official online store.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
